Dr. Kessinger is a well-respected veterinarian with many years of experience. After graduating Cornell Veterinary School, Dr. Kessinger practiced in Poughkeepsie, NY for 20 years, where he was the owner of a five doctor practice. He retired and moved to the Atlanta area, only to continue practicing veterinary medicine. He became the Director of the Sandy Springs Emergency Clinic and Staff Veterinarian for Internal Medicine.
Dr. Kessinger retired for the second time and moved to the North Georgia area. Dr. Barnes coaxed Dr. Kessinger into returning to work one more time as a welcomed addition to the Union County Pet Hospital. Currently, he is working part-time and we do not want him retiring on us. xxFingers Crossedxx
